MEET THE DOCTORS

Dr. Jacob W. Letourneau

Dr. Letourneau, born in Concordia, Kansas, attended the University of Kansas as an undergraduate. He received his bachelors degree in Human Biology in 2003. After graduating from KU, Dr. Letourneau went on to study optometry at the University of Alabama-Birmingham, one of the top optometry schools in the country. Dr. Letourneau is an expert in the care and management of the corneal-compromised patient. He specializes in the treatment and management of keratoconus, post-radial keratotomy and post-LASIK complications, corneal transplants, dry eye, corneal deformity, and contact lens patients who are deemed hard to fit.

Dr. Trent C. Henderson

Dr. Henderson, a native Kansan, earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas in December 2002. Dr. Henderson went on to earn his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Missouri – St. Louis College of Optometry in May 2007.

Dr. Keri Dennis

Dr. Dennis, grew up in Derby, Kansas. She received her undergraduate degree from Wichita State University. Dr. Dennis graduated with honors from The University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry in 2008.

Dr. M. Scott Hickman

Dr. Hickman, was born and raised in Lawrence, Kansas and has been practicing ophthalmology since 2005.

Dr. Carrie Hartigan

Dr. Hartigan grew up in Southwest Missouri, attending Pittsburg State University and receiving a degree in Biochemistry. For Optometry school, she attended the University of Missouri St. Louis School of Optometry graduating with honors in 2013. She was also awarded the Missouri Optometric Foundation Leadership Award in 2011 and 2012.
